
Ingredients:
- Beijing cabbage 1 head small
- Carrot 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Canned fish "Sardine" 1 can
- Chives 3-4 feathers
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 1-2 tsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the tomatoes into medium cubes.
Step 2 Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Step 3 Open canned fish, drain the liquid, put in a plate and mash with a fork.
Step 4Peking cabbage cut into small pieces, mix with carrots and put in a large shallow plate in a circle.
Step 5 Put tomatoes at the edges of the cabbage. Put the fish in the center of the salad. Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle on top. Make dressing: mix vegetable oil, squeezed lemon juice and salt to taste. Season the salad with this sauce. Stir the salad right before the meal itself.
