
Ingredients:
- Beets 2 pieces
- Salted herring 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Canned peas 1 can
- Salt, spices to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the onion, finely chop into half rings.
Step 2 Boil beets, peel, cut into cubes.
Step 3 Cut herring into fillets, remove all bones.
Step 4 Cut herring fillets into cubes.
Step 5 Mix all the prepared salad ingredients, add ground black pepper, salt if necessary, and season with sour cream.
Step 6 Stir the salad.
Step 7 Transfer the salad to the salad bowl and decorate as desired.
