
Ingredients:

- Flour 200 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Sugar 50 grams
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt pinch
- For filling:
- Curd 200 grams
- Banana 2 pieces
- Sour cream 3-4 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Ground almonds 3-4 tbsp
- Apeltsin zest 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dough: mix sifted flour with sugar, salt and mix.

Step 2 Add chilled butter and mash with flour to make crumbs.

Step 3 Drive the egg into flour and combine with flour with quick movements. When the flour turns into a tight lump, cover the dough with cling film and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 4 Cook the filling. To begin, beat the eggs with sugar.

Step 5 Then add bananas, cottage cheese, sour cream, almonds, vanilla and zest. Mix well.

Step 6 Next, get the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out and put in a baking dish.

Step 7 Put the filling on the dough and put in the oven preheated to t 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Step 8 Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar, garnish with banana chips or grated chocolate.
