
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 100 grams
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Iceberg Salad 50 grams
- Grapes green 50 grams
- Handful of pecans (or walnuts)
- Natural yogurt 35 grams
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender and cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Rinse the celery stalks and chop finely.
Step 3 Iceberg salad is also finely chopped.
Step 4Put celery and iceberg in a plate, add grapes and chopped fillet, salt and season with yogurt. If desired, add ground black pepper.
Step 5 Sprinkle salad with pecans or walnuts.
