
Ingredients:
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Sugar 1 cup
- Oil (or margarine) 50 grams
- Corn grits 1 cup
- Flour 0.5 cups
- 1 teaspoon slaked soda vinegar
- Cinnamon 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix eggs with sugar, add sour cream and mix well. Add soda, slaked vinegar and cornmeal. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes, so that the cereal swells.
Step 2 Add flour, if the dough is very liquid, add a little more.
Step 3 Then add melted butter, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and mix well until a thick consistency.
Step 4 Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, pour in the dough and put it on the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes. Cool and serve.
