
Ingredients:
- Celery 2 Stalks
- 5 eggs
- Sour cream or yogurt 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cheese 150 grams
- Dill bunch
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Salad leaves 5-6 pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and then cut into cubes.

Step 2 Wash the celery and cut across in small pieces.

Step 3 Dice the cheese.

Step 4 Chop dill, lettuce leaves tear with hands of arbitrary shape.

Step 5 Put eggs, celery, cheese, dill and lettuce in a salad bowl. Add chopped garlic, salt. Season the salad with sour cream or yogurt.
