
Ingredients:
- Curd 500 grams
- Eggs (to the dough + to the filling) 2 + 3 pieces
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Sugar (to the dough + to the filling) 150+ 100 grams
- Flour 160 grams
- Cocoa 4 tsp
- Butter 50 grams
- Soda ½ tsp
- Pinch of salt
- Semolina 30 grams
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. To prepare the dough, mix eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Step 2 Add sour cream and softened butter and mix again.
Step 3 Next add sifted flour, soda and cocoa. Stir until the dough is thick as sour cream.
Step 4 Prepare the filling: mash the cottage cheese and add the eggs. Mix well.
Step 5 Add sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina. Stir all the ingredients with a fork, and then beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 6 In a baking dish covered with parchment and lay out the chocolate mass. Put the curd in the center of the cheesecake.
Step 7 Put the cheesecake in a cold oven. Bake at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes. Leave the prepared cheesecake to cool, garnish with fruit, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
