
Ingredients:
- Butter or margarine 200 grams
- Sugar 100 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Flour 350-400 grams
- For filling:
- Sugar 150 grams
- Cream 33-35% 200 ml.
- Honey 2 tbsp. spoons
- Walnuts 350 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grind butter with sugar.
Step 2 Add eggs, mix.
Step 3 Add baking powder, flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in a bag, and put it in the refrigerator for 30-30 minutes.
Step 4Grind nuts (chopped with a knife).
Step 5 Pour sugar in a dry pan.
Step 6 Heat sugar, over medium heat, with constant stirring, until it melts (nothing needs to be added to sugar). Make sure sugar is not burnt. Sugar will change color, turn brown.
Step 7When the sugar melts, add a little cream, mix.
Step 8 Then add honey, mix.
Step 9 Bring the mass to a boil, add nuts, mix, remove from heat.
Cool the mass.
Step 10 Next, divide the dough into 2 parts. Put one part in a mold greased with oil or covered with baking paper (a mold with a diameter of 24 cm), flatten, make bumpers 3 cm high.
Step 11 Put the cooled filling on the dough, smooth.
Step 12 Roll out the remaining dough, cover it with filling, pinch the edges of the dough.
Put the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30–35 minutes.
Step 13 Cool the finished cake completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
