
Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 200 grams
- Squid 200 grams
- Fresh cucumbers
- 4 eggs
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream) 300 grams
- Leaf lettuce bunch
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Squids clear of films. Dip in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then remove from pan and carcass to cool.
Step 3 Finely chop the crab sticks.
Step 4 Slice squids.
Step 5 Peel the cucumbers, grate on a medium grater.
Step 6 Put in the salad bowl all the prepared ingredients.
Step 7 Salad, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Mix.
Step 8 Put lettuce leaves on the dish, ready salad on top. Garnish with a sprig of greenery.
