
Ingredients:
- 400 gram chicken
- Walnuts 100 grams
- Champignons 300 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Butter 50 grams
- Natural yogurt 100 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken breast in salted water until tender. Then cool and chop finely.
Step 2 Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a pan with butter. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3 Put some nuts aside, chop the rest in a mortar.
Step 4 Put a little cheese to one side, grate the rest on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Put chicken fillet, mushrooms, nuts, cheese in a salad bowl. Season with yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 6 Grate the left piece of cheese on a fine grater.
Step 7Garnish the salad with the remaining walnuts and grated cheese.
