
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300 grams
- Avocado 1 piece
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Bacon 50 grams
- Blue cheese (Dor Blue) 50 grams
- Cherry Tomatoes 7-8 pieces
- Salad leaves 150 grams
- For refueling:
- Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. spoons
- Apple or wine vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Grain mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crunchy (do not pour oil). Remove the bacon, put on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 2 Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two plates, salt, pepper on both sides. Fry in a pan where there was bacon on both sides over medium heat. Transfer to a paper towel and then cut into cubes.
Step 3 Cook the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into slices. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes.
Step 4 Cut tomatoes into slices.
Step 5 Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut into cubes.
Step 6 Prepare the dressing: mix vegetable oil, vinegar or lemon juice. Add mustard, salt, pepper.
Step 7 Wash the lettuce leaves, dry, tear in slices and add half the dressing. Mix.
Step 8 Put lettuce leaves on a plate. Lay eggs, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, bacon and avocado in neat rows.
