
Ingredients:
- Shrimp 500 grams
- Tomatoes 3-4 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Brine cheese (feta cheese, feta) 80 grams
- Olives 100 grams
- Bunch of lettuce
- Dill and parsley bunch
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour shrimp with boiling water and clear of shells.
Step 2 Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3 Cut the cucumbers into slices, and the pepper into strips.
Step 4 Cut olives into rings.
Step 5 Tear lettuce leaves with your hands and put in a salad bowl.
Step 6 Put shrimp on top.
Step 7 Add diced cheese.
Step 8 Finely chop the greens, add to the salad bowl and season the salad with olive oil.
Step 9 Stir the salad.
