
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Olives 1 can
- Hard cheese 150-200 grams
- White bread 250 grams
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Separate the whites from the yolks.

Step 2 Cut the bread into medium cubes and put in the oven for 10 minutes, so that the crackers are slightly browned.

Step 3 Slice the egg whites rather finely.

Step 4 Mash the egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise until a homogeneous mass is formed. Thus, a thick sauce of saturated color and taste is obtained.

Step 5 Cut olives in circles.

Step 6 Grate the cheese.

Step 7 Put all prepared ingredients in a bowl, add sauce and mix thoroughly.

Step 8 The salad will be tastier if it is not immediately available, but first put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
