
Ingredients:
- 850 grams puff pastry
- Zucchini 2 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Nutmeg pinch
- Black ground pepper a pinch
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put the finished puff pastry into the mold. Pre-grease the form with mayonnaise or butter. Cut zucchini in half rings to half the shape.
Step 2 Beat eggs with mayonnaise, add black pepper and nutmeg.
Step 3 Pour the mixture over the zucchini.
Step 4 Carefully close the mold with dough, grease the surface with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
Step 6Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
