
Ingredients:
- Butter 200 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Sugar 12 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Cold water 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 500 ml.
- Semolina 100 grams
- Poppy 200 grams
- Sour cream 600 grams
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
Cooking method:
Step 1. Sift 250 g flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, add grated cold butter (100 g), one yolk, 2 tbsp. sugar and cold water,
Step 2 Grind all this to a state of crumbs and quickly put together into a ball. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3 While the dough is resting, prepare the poppy seed filling. To do this, mix 500 ml of milk with poppy seeds, semolina, 100 g butter, 6 tbsp. sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 4 Let the poppy filling cool and add 200 g of sour cream, mix well.
Step 5 Cover the mold (with a diameter of 24 cm) with parchment paper, lightly grease the bottom and sides with butter. Distribute the dough on the bottom of the mold and on the sides, lay the poppy seed filling on top and bake at t 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 6 PrigTake the fill, to do this, separate the squirrels from the yolks. Grind the yolks with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar until white, add 20 g (or 1 tbsp) of flour to them, 400 g of sour cream and mix well. Beat whites in a dense foam with two tablespoons of sugar and carefully enter into a yolk-sour cream mass.
Step 7 Remove the cake with poppy seeds from the oven, distribute the filling on top and bake for another 40 minutes. You can sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar or put whipped cream on top,
Step 8 Atpaint with mastic snowflakes, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
