
Ingredients:
- Butter 130 grams
- Sugar 200 grams
- Cognac 2 tbsp. spoons
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Flour 250 grams
- Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt pinch
- Walnuts 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. At room temperature, mix thoroughly with sugar.

Step 2 Add cognac, mix.

Step 3 Add eggs and mix again until smooth.

Step 4 Add flour with baking powder and knead the dough thoroughly (by consistency it will turn out as thick sour cream).

Step 5 Lastly add nuts.

Step 6 Pour the dough into a detachable form and bake in a preheated to 180 * C oven for 40-45 minutes. It is not necessary to lubricate the mold with oil, because the dough itself is very oily.
