
Ingredients:
- 400 gram chicken
- Potato 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise 100 ml.
- Sour cream 100 ml.
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Dill bunch
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs in a container. Beat well, adding flour gradually. Salt a little dough.
Step 2 The mass should be a thick consistency (like on pancakes). You can use a mixer or a regular hand whisk.
Step 3Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Next - chop the cheese and chicken and put on the dough.
Step 4Spread evenly over the entire surface of the dough and top with greens.
Step 5 Pour the vegetables and meat with the remaining dough, as if “closing” the pie and send to the oven. Bake jellied pie with chicken for no more than one hour on low heat.
Step 6 Cut the pie and serve in portions, garnishing with a sprig of greens.
