- Wheat flour 350 grams

- Kefir 500 grams
- Soda 0.5 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- For filling:
- Canned fish - mackerel 250 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Green onion bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix eggs with sugar and salt. Pour in kefir. Sift flour here. Beat the mass. Add a little soda and mix the dough again.
Step 2 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into small pieces at random.
Step 3 Mash the mackerel with a fork. Grind two types of onions. Stir the filling. Pour part of the dough into a baking dish. Put all the stuffing on top. And pour the remaining dough.
Step 4 Bake the cake at t 180 degrees for about half an hour. 25 minutes may be enough, and it may take a little more time to check the readiness of the cake with a match. Eating a pie while it’s hot is tastier!
