
Ingredients:
- Carrot (raw) 500 grams
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 200 grams
- Olive oil 50 ml.
- Flour 160 grams
- Dough baking powder 20 grams (2 sachets)
- Salt pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and rinse the carrots.
Step 2 Grate the carrots on a fine grater and transfer the resulting carrot slurry to a bowl in which the dough will be prepared. Break eggs there.
Step 3 Mix well.
Step 4 Add sugar, olive oil, flour, salt and baking powder and mix well with a mixer. First, at low speed, so that the lumps do not scatter around the kitchen, and in the end, the last few minutes - at high.
Step 5Line the baking dish with baking paper and pour in the resulting carrot dough.
Step 6 Bake in a preheated oven at t 1800 until ready, about 40-60 minutes. Pour the finished pie cream.
