
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 130 grams
- Semolina 160 grams
- Sugar 180 grams
- Baking powder 7 grams
- Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Apples 7 pieces
- Butter 120 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix all loose ingredients - flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
Step 2Wash apples, peel and core, and then grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3 Cover the baking dish with baking paper and grease generously with butter.
Step 4 Pour a thin layer of dry mixture to the bottom. Carefully level out.
Step 5 Then lay a layer of grated apples, approximately the same thickness.
Step 6 Further, a simple matter: lay out our layers one at a time, and the dry layer should remain the top one. Sprinkle grated butter on top.
Step 7Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
