
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin (peeled) 700 grams
- Shortbread dough 500 grams
- Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Butter 40 grams
- Cardamom 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1.Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel, cut into large cubes and bake in a mold greased with butter and covered with foil. Bake for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
Step 2 Put the shortbread dough in a round shape by making sides at the edges. Lightly grease with butter and put in the oven for 10 minutes, bake at 180 degrees.
Step 3 Remove the finished pumpkin from the oven and grind it to a consistency of mashed potatoes using a blender. Squeeze out unnecessary liquid from mashed potatoes. Mix mashed potatoes with egg yolks, spices and half sugar. Beat the whites in a separate bowl with sugar until the consistency of the foam.
Step 4 Gently mix the pumpkin mixture with whipped proteins and spread on a shortbread dough.
Step 5Put the pie in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
