
Ingredients:
- Curd 250 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Kefir 1 cup
- Semolina 1 cup
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Combine sugar with semolina and kefir. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes to swell semolina.
Step 2 Add cottage cheese and eggs to the dough. Mix the dough very carefully with a fork so that there are no lumps.
Step 3 Add flour and baking powder. Stir, the dough for the pie is ready.
Step 4 Lubricate the mold with any cooking oil or refined oil. Spread the dough evenly. Bake the cake in baking mode for 50 minutes.
Step 5 Cool the finished curd cake with semolina. Serve with condensed milk or your favorite jam.
