
Ingredients:
- Grapes berries 200 grams
- Kale (curly cabbage) 300 grams
- Red cabbage 200 grams
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Celery 1-2 stalks
- Pistachios 150 grams
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Wine red vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash and dry kale, chop.
Step 2Chop red cabbage.
Step 3 Wash, peel and cut into medium cubes sweet pepper.
Step 4 Grind the washed celery stalk.
Step 5 Washed grapes, cut each berry in half (remove seeds), and large berries into 3 parts.
Step 6 Peel the fried pistachios.
Step 7 Put all the ingredients together.
Step 8 To prepare dressing, mix olive oil with wine vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Step 9 Pour salad dressing, add a little pepper to taste and mix gently.
