
Ingredients:
- Canned saury 1 can
- Cooked rice 150 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Parsley bunch
- Sour cream or mayonnaise 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a jar of saury, drain the liquid, put in a salad bowl and knead well with a fork.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion and add boiling water for 5 minutes (so that the onion is less sharp).
Step 3 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into small cubes.
Step 4 Rinse parsley, shake off excess moisture and chop finely.
Step 5 Next to the saury add rice, onions, eggs, parsley. Add a little salt, add sour cream (or mayonnaise), mix well.
Step 6 Salad with saury is ready.
