
Ingredients:
- Beets 3-4 pieces
- Orange 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the beets, tightly wrap in foil, and bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size of the beets, cool.
Step 2 Rinse parsley and finely chop.
Step 3 Peel the orange, cut into cubes.
Step 4 Prepare dressing: mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5 Cool the beets and peel them, cut them into cubes, put them in portioned salad bowls.
Step 6 Sprinkle parsley on top.
Step 7Put slices of orange on top, pour with dressing.
