- Beijing cabbage 6 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Persimmon 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Green onion bunch
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
- Mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell.

Step 2 Rinse Beijing cabbage, tear with your hands and put in a salad bowl.

Step 3 Peppers and seeds are cut into thin strips.

Step 4 Dice tomatoes.

Step 5 Cut persimmons into strips.

Step 6 Grind all the greens.

Step 7Prepare dressing: mix sour cream with soy sauce and mustard.

Step 8 Transfer all vegetables to a salad bowl. Pour dressing.

Step 9Stir the salad with a spoon. Garnish with chopped boiled eggs.
