
Ingredients:
- Bulgarian sweet pepper 1 piece
- Beijing cabbage 300 grams
- Fresh cucumber 1-2 pieces
- Quail egg 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop Beijing cabbage and put in a deep salad bowl.

Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Cut each egg in half.

Step 3 Sliced sweet pepper and add to the salad bowl to the cabbage.

Step 4 Cut the cucumber into slices and also send to the salad bowl.

Step 5 Next, finely chop any fresh herbs.

Step 6 Pour olive oil, add a little vinegar and add eggs before serving.
