
Ingredients:
- Canned corn 1 can
- Brined cheese 150 grams
- Cherry Tomatoes 15 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Leaf lettuce 3-4 leaves
- Olives 15-20 pieces
- Greens to taste
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Wine vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a can of corn, drain the liquid.
Step 2 Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 3 Tomatoes cut in half.
Step 4 Cucumbers cut into small pieces.
Step 5 Olives can be put whole or cut into halves.
Step 6 Wash greens, dry and chop with a knife.
Step 7 Wash salad leaves, dry and pick by hand.
Step 8 Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Salt, pepper, season with vinegar and oil. Stir and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
