
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 3-4 pieces
- Red onion 1 piece
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Yellow sweet pepper 1 piece
- Dill fresh bunch
- Mint leaves handful
- Olives 10-15 pieces
- Wine vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Feta cheese 200 grams
- Oregano (oregano) dried 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dice tomatoes.
Step 2 Cut the onion into thin half rings, add to the tomatoes. Stir lightly immediately so that the onion does not run out of steam.
Step 3 Cut cucumbers into slices.
Step 4 Peppers to clear seeds. Then cut into strips. Add to salad.
Step 5 Finely chop the dill and mint and add to the vegetables.
Step 6 Olives, if they are pitted, can be added whole or halved ..
Step 7 Salt the salad and only then season with olive oil and vinegar. Mix well.
Step 8 Cheese cut into four portion portions and put on top of the salad. Pour a little olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
