Cooking method:
Step 1.Cut a small piece of cooked sausage into cubes, boiled ham is suitable instead of sausage. Mixing different types of sausage and meat in salads - smoked, boiled or dried - variety enriches the taste and texture of the salad. Put chopped sausage in a salad bowl.
Step 2 Dice the chicken meat.
Step 3 Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Then immediately put in a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes, after a contrast bath, the potatoes will be cleaned instantly. Dice the potatoes and add to the meat.
Step 4Boil the carrots until tender and peel, cut into cubes the same size as the potatoes and add to the salad.
Step 5 Finely chop the fresh cucumbers. From mature, large-fruited cucumbers, seeds must be removed, if the peel is tough, then it must also be cut.
Step 6Cut the pod of green hot pepper in half, remove the seeds and partitions. Cut the flesh into thin strips, add to vegetables and meat.
Step 7 Throw the canned green peas onto a sieve, rinse with clean boiled or filtered water, add to the salad bowl.
Step 8 Finely chop a small bunch of fresh parsley and dill. You can also add cilantro and celery. Greens from the garden freshens the dish and gives it a spicy touch.
Step 9 Hard boiled chicken eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks. Finely chop the proteins and add to the rest of the ingredients in the salad bowl.
Step 10 Season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, salt to taste. Stir the ingredients and leave for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator to mix the tastes.
Step 11 Grate boiled egg yolk on a fine grater. Before serving, sprinkle on a salad and garnish with parsley leaves.
