
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 180 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- 3 carrots
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vegetable oil 50 ml.
- Soda 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Orange zest 0.5 teaspoon
- Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix sugar, grated carrots and egg yolks. Mix everything well.
Step 2 Beat egg whites with a mixer until lush peaks.
Step 3 Combine all ingredients: carrot and protein mixtures, flour, soda and spices.
Step 4 Bake in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for 45-50 minutes. Grease the crock-pot with vegetable or butter.
Step 5 The carrot cake in the slow cooker is ready!
