Ingredients:

  • Sprats of spicy salting 5-6 pieces
  • Potato 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers
  • Canned green peas 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Green apple 1 piece
  • Chicken egg 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 30 ml.
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook until tender, peel and cut into small cubes.

Step 2 Wash the carrots thoroughly and cook until tender, peel and cut into small cubes.

Step 3 Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Step 4 Gut the sprat, cut off the heads and tails. Carefully divide the resulting carcasses lengthwise into two halves and remove the ridge with bones.

Step 5 Boil the egg in a steep, peel and cut into slices.

Step 6 Peel the apple and cut into thin strips or grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 7 Put potatoes and carrots in a deep bowl. To them add pickled cucumber and green peas, mix. Mix apples with mayonnaise and put in an even layer on a flat plate. Top with a salad of vegetables. Garnish with a sprat and an egg.
