
Ingredients:
- Canned green peas 1 can
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Step 2 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid using a colander.

Step 3 Chop the onion into a small cube.

Step 4 Finely chop the parsley (you can use frozen).

Step 5 Combine all the ingredients in the salad bowl.

Step 6 Stir the salad. Add salt to taste and pour over vegetable oil.
