
Ingredients:
- Zucchini 1-2 kg.
- Red onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 200 ml.
- Apple cider vinegar 100 ml.
- Sugar 100 grams
- Salt 1.5 tbsp. spoons
- Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Dill bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut vegetable marrows with a peeler into thin slices.
Step 2 Cut red onion into rings.
Step 3 For the marinade, mix together refined sunflower oil, salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon grain mustard, dill, garlic, crushed in a garlic press. Pour zucchini and onion rings with this mixture, put them in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
Step 4 Put lettuce leaves on a serving plate (optional), top with marinated zucchini and onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
