
Ingredients:
- Shrimp 200 grams
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Tomato 1-2 pieces
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley bunch
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the shrimp in salted water, cool, peel and sprinkle with plenty of lemon juice.
Step 2 Cut tomatoes into large cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 4 Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5 Mix olive oil with mustard and season the salad.
