
Ingredients:
- White cabbage 0.5 head
- 2 carrots
- Mayonnaise 100 ml.
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cayenne pepper pinch
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Green onion several feathers
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cabbage into two quarters, remove the core. Then cut the quarters in half again so that the cabbage “straw” is not too long, and then chop the cabbage crosswise with a sharp knife.
Step 2 Peel and grate carrots. Finely chop the green onion. Stir chopped cabbage, carrots and green onions in a large bowl. Mash the salad lightly with your hands so that the cabbage starts up the juice.
Step 3 For sauce, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt, sugar and pepper in a cup.
Step 4 Pour the sauce into a bowl of chopped vegetables, and then mix well.
