
Ingredients:
- Beets 3-4 pieces
- Cottage cheese (homemade) 150 grams
- Green few feathers
- 1/3 teaspoon mustard
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (not refined) 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the beets until cooked.
Step 2 Peel and grate beets.
Step 3 Add cottage cheese to beets in a bowl.
Step 4 Finely chop the green onions, put in a bowl. Salt the salad, add freshly ground black pepper and French mustard.
Step 5 Pour the salad with vegetable oil and mix. Oil should smell pleasantly like a sunflower, such oil can only be bought on the market, not in the store.
Step 6 The salad is healthy, juicy and very fragrant.
