
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver 300 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Canned corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 150 grams
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the liver in salt water until tender. Cool and cut into slices.

Step 2 Boil the eggs, cool, peel and dice.

Step 3 Cut the cucumber into strips.

Step 4 Combine food, season with mayonnaise. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix.

Step 5 Garnish the salad with a sprig of greens.
