
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail 700 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Parsley, dill bunch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Pinch of salt
- Black ground pepper a pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil seafood in any container for 2-3 minutes after boiling, do not salt water.
Step 2Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Wash bell pepper, cut and remove the root and seeds. Then cut into thin strips.
Step 3 In a deep salad bowl combine sea cocktail, onion, bell pepper and herbs. Mix everything.
Step 4 Add chopped greens.
Step 5 In a separate container, combine olive oil with squeezed juice from half a lemon, salt and ground black pepper. Pour the salad with this mixture, salt to taste and mix.
