
Ingredients:
- Sauerkraut 200 grams
- Apples 1-2 pieces
- Chives 5-7 feathers
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil (not refined) 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash and peel the apples. It is advisable to peel. Chop green onions finely. Cut the apple into thin, small pieces.
Step 2 Add apples and greens to sauerkraut, salt and mix. Then fill with sunflower oil and mix again.
