
Ingredients:
- White cabbage 300 grams
- Green peas 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon 2 cup
- Dill greens a few twigs
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, sugar to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Finely chop the cabbage, salt. Mash it with your hands so that the cabbage becomes ball and starts juice. Add a little sugar for a touch of taste.
Step 2 Transfer to a plate and add a little lemon juice, mix.
Step 3Finely chop the dill, add to the cabbage and mix.
Step 4 Next add green peas.
Step 5 Onion cut into half rings.
Step 6 Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil.
