
Ingredients:
- Green lentils 200 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Celery 1 stalk
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Balsamic vinegar 0.5 tsp
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
- Parsley bunch
- Horseradish root 5 grams
- Cold smoked fish 400 grams
- Green salad 300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Fry peeled and finely chopped onions, carrots and celery in vegetable oil.

Step 2 Boil lentils until cooked, cook after boiling for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3 Salt and pepper the cooked roast, add balsamic vinegar to it.

Step 4 Finely chop the greens and mix with boiled lentils.

Step 5 Rub the horseradish on a fine grater.

Step 6 Mix the fry with lentils and pour the sauce prepared by mixing grated horseradish, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and wine vinegar. Mix.

Step 7 Peel the fish, finely chop.

Step 8 Wash, drain and pick up lettuce leaves with your hands. Put them on the bottom of the serving plates.

Step 9 Put lentils with vegetables on lettuce leaves, on top - pieces of fish.
