
Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Margarine 200 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla Sugar 5 grams
- Flour 4 cups
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- For filling:
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Curd 250 grams
- Strawberry Jam 200-300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix melted margarine and sugar. Cool the mixture and mix with eggs and vanilla sugar.
Step 2 Add flour and baking powder and knead a homogeneous dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour.
Step 3 Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place 2 parts of the dough in the freezer for half an hour, leave 1 part at room temperature.
Step 4 Preheat oven to t 200 degrees. Mix cottage cheese with eggs and sugar in a blender.
Step 5 Put one part of the dough in a greased form.
Step 6 Put a layer of strawberry jam on top.
Step 7 Grate 1 part of frozen dough on a coarse grater. Pour curd filling over grated dough.
Step 8 Grate another piece of dough on top. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Cut the finished cake into pieces and cool.
