- Curd 400 grams
- Sugar 125 grams
- Sour cream 150-200 ml.
- Blueberries 500 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix flour, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, sugar and butter in a saucepan. It can be mixed by hand, but more efficiently - with a special nozzle for the dough.
Step 2 Beat - you get a tiny mass.
Step 3 Then, with your hands, knead the dough out of the mixture.
Step 4 Next, directly tamp the resulting dough in the baking dish with your hands. Pre-cover the form with pastry paper.
Step 5 Form the dough for the pie, not forgetting to form the edges - otherwise the filling will blur. Stick the dough with a fork - and put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 6 To prepare the filling: mix cottage cheese, vanillin, sugar, sour cream and blueberries. Mix with a whisk.
Step 7 Remove the slightly baked dough from the oven. Pour the cooked stuffing onto it. Put back into the oven for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 8 Ready to steal the cake as you wish.
