
Ingredients:
- Flour 500 grams
- Yeast 30 grams
- Milk 200 ml.
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 130 ml.
- Cabbage 500 grams
- Champignons 250 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour warm milk into large dishes, dilute, yeast, add sugar and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, put in a warm place.
Step 2 When the dough rises, add the eggs, most of the flour and stir.
Step 3Add the rest of the flour, salt and butter. You can knead the dough with a mixer.
Step 4Transfer the dough into a greased dish and let it rise well, kneading it 2-3 times.
Step 5 Wash the mushrooms, dry, cut.
Step 6 Fry onion with mushrooms 5 min.
Step 7 Add cabbage, salt, spices and fry until cooked.
Step 8 Lay half of the dough on a baking sheet, lay out the filling, cover with the other half. Grease with an egg. You can decorate with dough. Let stand 40 minutes and bake at t 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
