
Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Stem celery 2 pieces
- Beijing cabbage 300 grams
- 4 eggs
- Canned corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 200 ml.
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the eggs in a steep, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Cut the cucumbers into slices.
Step 3Cut celery into slices.
Step 4 Chop the Beijing cabbage.
Step 5 Mix cucumbers, celery, eggs, add corn and season with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
