
Ingredients:
- Flour 450 grams
- Baking powder dough 1 teaspoon
- Butter 100 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- 2-3 eggs
- Currant berries 200-300 grams
- Corn starch 3 tbsp. spoons
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat softened butter in a deep bowl with sugar. Add eggs while continuing to beat. After pouring a pinch of salt and a baking powder, add the sifted flour in small and large portions, bring to a homogeneous consistency.
Step 2 Frozen berries should be sent to a separate container. Sprinkle them with starch and mix gently.
Step 3 Next, carefully mix the berries into the dough.
Step 4 Grease the heat-resistant form with oil and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in it, send to the oven. Depending on the size of the mold, bake the cake for approximately 40-55 minutes.
Step 5 Readiness to check with a match or a toothpick. After carefully remove it from the mold and cool. Before serving, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar, pour it with syrup or glaze, for example.
