
Ingredients:
- Flour 250 grams
- Fresh yeast 20 grams
- Water 200 ml.
- Honey 1.5 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Butter 30 grams
- Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
- Powdered Sugar 4 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Stir honey in warm water. Add fresh yeast, which grind and mix.

Step 2 Add salt to flour and pour in the prepared yeast mixture. Mix well and knead the dough.

Step 3 Leave the dough on the table for 30 minutes.

Step 4 Roll the cooked dough into a rectangle of 1.5-2 mm. thick.

Step 5 Melt butter, add icing sugar and cinnamon.

Step 6Mix the flavor mixture well.

Step 7 Spread the prepared cinnamon mixture evenly on the rectangle.

Step 8 Roll the dough with the mixture into a roll.

Step 9 Cut prepared roll in half lengthwise.

Step 10 Next, weave the resulting halves of the dough.

Step 11 Fold intertwined pieces into a wreath and place on a baking sheet.

Step 12 Send the prepared wreath of dough into a preheated oven to 175 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool aromatic pastries, sprinkle powdered sugar over the wreath.
