
Ingredients:
- Sour cream 500 ml.
- Sugar 1 cup
- Gelatin 25 grams
- Cold water 0.5 cups
- Sponge cake 300 grams
- Strawberry 200 grams
- Kiwi 2 pieces
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
Step 2 Beat sour cream with sugar. Add sugar a little bit, constantly whipping sour cream.
Step 3 When the gelatin swells, warm it in a water bath (do not bring to a boil!). Gently pour into sour cream and mix.
Step 4 Wash the strawberries and cut into slices. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Next, put a small amount of strawberries and kiwi in a deep container covered with cling film.
Step 5 Cut the biscuit into small pieces and put a few pieces on the berries.
Step 6 Pour in sour cream.
Step 7 Lay layers of strawberries with kiwi and biscuit, pouring each layer with sour cream. Then cover with plastic wrap on top and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 8 Next, remove the cake from the container, remove the cling film. Cut a cake and serve.
