
Ingredients:
- Cheese 200 grams
- Kefir 1 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Sausage, ham, sausages 150-200 grams
- Dill greens, parsley bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix kefir, eggs, salt and baking powder well until smooth.
Step 2 Add flour and stir. The density of the dough should be the same as for pancakes.
Step 3Grate cheese, ham or sausage into small cubes and add it all to the dough.
Step 4 Wash greens and finely chop. Add to test.
Step 5Stir the dough thoroughly and pour into a greased mold. You can sprinkle breadcrumbs on the form.
Step 6 Bake the cake in an oven preheated to t 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
